Spoiler for my confusion:

The reason why I became confused started with the whole Yuuki-Kaname sibling thing. First we find out they're siblings but then it turns out they're not "real" siblings and that he is her ancestor who somehow ended up with and was raised by Juri and Haruka as Yuuki's brother even though Rido was his master.

I actually had to go back and reread the entire series just to make sure I didn't miss anything that might have been related to the latest developments.

I wonder if there's going to be more about their first child (i.e. what actually happened to him/her) or was it just one of those "mention it once and never mention it again" kind of things.
