but your complaints are that the characters are different when thats sort of the point of rebuild. Rebuild the characters to make a new ending.
Oh well, you can't please all the people all the time. Poor Anno, having to be held to such ridiculously high standards. I don't believe Anno ever thought Eva would be so ground breaking.
Ha, lesson to be learned is make something good but not too good or else fans will look down on your other work as not a great as your "perfect creation".
