You like it or not, many manga/novels containing yuri in it (sexual or not) are aimed at

There are gazillion novels for male audience that are published in japan, and Strawberry Panic! is a yuri novel/manga/anime
for male audience.
You want yuri for girls, look in female oriented magazines, and no Strawberry Panic! is not for girls and it will never be. saying stuff will not make it for girls.
