I don't see anything happening past the prime for what are currently the main characters... CE fans tend to be fans of the characters rather than the setting--one of the reasons why the new cast in Destiny didn't work out well, and one of the reasons why Sunrise is going with a new timeline for 00 (younger fans probably won't be as accepting of the series if it is based on the setting of an old show they didn't watch, while many CE fans won't watch anything thats not about KLAC).
So any new series will be about the main characters. Or if not, then their progeny, but KLAC will still have to be fairly young to appeal to the fans.
