I'm thinking that's already possible, by covering himself with a coat of Dark Matter, he can have the invincible armor like Accelerator. From what's I've heard, Kakine can control the unknown matter that he creates, meaning he can do whatever the hell he wants with them.

-Fiamma knows about Touma’s memory loss, and he gave that piece of information to Index as well through the telepathic link he constructed. Fiamma’s taunting Touma that “is what he doing really saving her?”, and daring him to say he’s doing this for Index when the two finally meet again.

D-R-A-M-A!! Now both Index and Mikoto knows about his big secret. Index would probably take it worse.

My prediction: After destroying the Remote that Fiamma has, Touma and Mikoto would then head back to England to get Index back, and destroy the remaining Remote in Laura's hands.

Rather it is an effect of the 4 arch elements going astray. Angel Fall is a by product of that as well. You seriously Angel Fall can be constructed by accident? Hell no. It is because the 4 arch elements were already in disorder.
Michael and Gabriel, then Uriel and Raphael, their positions have switched.
According to Fianma, if the 4 arch element continues to stay like this, the world can be in danger.
