Can someone make me an avi and sig set of this image?

For avatar, I just want a border and a nice-lookin' background

, focused on Hei's face, obviously. The siggie... Maybe you can rotate him 45 degrees to fit in his mask? If not it doesn't really matter; the avi's my priority... XD No text but a border would be nice^^
