Good news (as the dub forum revealed), a trailer and part of the movie's new cast is up. Bad news, the guy you're thinking of (J. Michael Tatum, who played Simon) isn't Lily, but rather a virtual unknown.

Momon - Tiffany Grant (Asuka in Neon Genesis Evangelion)

There's also word going around that one Taliesin Jaffe is playing Dyst.

Funny thing about it: it plays up Duke (not Prince) Cream as the main villain, seeing how he technically
is for about 2/3 of the movie. Yeah, like the guy who takes up a whole third of the box-art betraying him was
such a twist. Shyamalan would be proud.
