same face syndrome happened alot. Accept it. Though some are better case since they have distinct mark like hairs and expression. Takahashi Rumiko is a better example of this. Try erase the hair and you will realized they actually look 100% alike. The expression actually diffirentiate them quite well though. Mashima is more like template face rather than same face, he can draw them differently, just that he always pull them from the same template.
