Mostly because I think Holo is absolutely beautiful in that wedding dress and I want to see more of that.

In my opinion they should do an OVA on the 17th volume, especially since it's such a nice conclusion to the story.

Hell they could even throw in the baby at the end and really please viewers, it's not like an OVA wouldn't be a bad idea.
