I agree completely. Itachi fanboys are truly annoying; therefore, we should bring up this topic whenever we can even if they don't talk about it!
Why didn't Itachi just skip the talking and do Tsukiyomi straight up the moment Jiraiya appeared? Not even I can answer that question, but Itachi and Kisame weren't backing down at all until Jiraiya intefered with the "brotherly bonding."

Why didn't Itachi just say "oh, it's a TOAD, OH IT'S A TOAAAAD!~" and run away like the lil' coward he is? He might be just be talking back like that to look tough, but when Jiraiya busts out his move, they ran...well, no shit they run; they were already confined in the jutsu and started the battle at a severe disadvantage to begin with, but still...running from a fight? That's dishonorable. Scaredy cat.
