One of the things Nanoha teaches us is that the simplest solutions are often the best. Thus, the best way to keep a criminal from running away is to blow her legs up. Simple, and effective.

First of all, welcome! I'm a fellow newcomer too.
Second, conventional befriending doesn't work in the Nanohaverse, it's always "maximum power" befriending. Anything less is just asking for trouble.
