There was in Gundam 00 who finally broke the alien barrier, and in the future there's no guarantee its not going to happen again. Hell, we're not even sure it won't happen in AGE yet.
Although it was probably likely that the UE humans in AGE simply because some other people
(like Bruzar) think they're aliens while Flit thinks their not. Main character's suspicion is right syndrome.
