Easy, make it about someone making Fudo pay... Though no reincarnated Amata or Mikono, they aren't good enough for a sequel to Evol. Zessica and Kagura along with Jin coming back as a Ghost to be with his loli would sell way better.

I'm not sure about if Amata will be reincarnated since he had a "happy ending" with Mikono-san, just like Apollonius.

But about Zessica, I think she will be reincarnated... I'll based it on a statement she said once..but it's 8000 years and not 12,000 years.
