Shimai 姉妹 will suffice. As for the rest of the sentence structure, I would recommend that you take note of how the character usually speaks (i.e. which personal pronouns they normally use, and whether they speak polite language or not). Also, it depends on the context. Why are you looking to use Japanese text in the first place, though?
I've never heard anyone use "ware-tachi". The plurals of ware 我 I've heard are warera 我等 and wareware 我々. Note that this is a very formal language.
