It's not like they have to follow a 1:1 correspondence when adapting each chapter into an episode anyway. If anything, I'd be glad if they can stretch beyond the chapter they're adapting as much as possible until the finals.
It would be best if they can allocate a large chunk of episodes on the finals since it's pretty much the highlight of the entire spin-off. If they continue the one chapter per episode trend they've followed so far, twelve episodes would not be enough.
