uhh... we are not talking about the anime. Best not to talk too much about the anime. But if you are talking about a possible plot in the manga, yes it could be possible since a few of us have thought that up before. But I would not put the Elrics then as half-homunculi but full humans as I'm pretty sure the aim of creating homunculi was to create humans. With the series in completion, Pride being the final, he should be a super powerful human.
