Marimite,
Seitokai and
Korezom has decent animation, while
Kenshin OVA, despite having its horrible story, has excellent animation. Like zenislev said,
Dragon Crisis (the series I've actually loved past winter because of the story) has good animation, if not great (there's Onix's frame from episode 3 which was epic-failed). Then, Deen has horrible order of adaptations decays because of
Fruits Basket (my sister loved it) and
Samurai Deeper Kyo. Before, Deen has decent job of its works, but nowadays, it's just run-of-the mill quality (except some works I've previously mentionned).
