That may be the case, but you have to consider the "trial-buy" group. There's always a lot in that group, and they're always the main cause of the sales drop.

Downtown no Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahene!! stays at the 7th. Both are Japanese variety shows.
9th is the first volume of Gintama 4th year, which marked 14k sales.
