No, that's just a 'Divine Beast' class. The Enemy ranks in AW goes: Small Beast -> Beast -> Divine Beast (what the reins work on, and can only be soloed by Lvl9s by what Blue Knight and Black Lotus' nicknames are suggesting) -> Gods (Such as the Four guarding the palace gates, any one of them is said to be able to curbstomp all 7 Kings at once). KYH's reins are not going to work IMO.
