Nanoha DLC card was basically just for those who preordered the Lyrical Box. Though if you managed to find someone with that card that selling the Lyrical Box with it, you're lucky. That's pretty much it on that. Though, possibly it might be something be as bad as the Nanoha DLC was just a one time thing only...which I hope is not...
