The series began very well then started to enter the world of average blandness towards the end. The last two episodes were quite unimpressive and didn't even try to leave a lasting impression at all.
Overall the series was interesting, offering several unique relationships (I really liked the story behind the twins - even if a bit incestuous, it was my first time encountering such a relationship in an anime). However, the overall driving story leaves much to be desired. So yea, the anime is noteworthy, but not something I'd recommend to any friends right off the bat.
Oh yea, OP and ED are quite good.
