I think that the reason for having cried while Saki saw the movie is that she remembered Ryosuke who loved before.
Saki and Akira have passed only one day, after meeting.
Therefore, I think that Saki does not have such deep love feeling yet to Akira that she want to cry.

Spoiler for the novel:

Asako (Tomoko?) and Ryosuke were the relations from college days.
Asako and Ryosuke also invited Saki and often went out and play.
At the time, she was not specially aware of Ryosuke. Ryosuke was existence like a father for Saki.
However, when Asako and Ryosuke got married, Saki noticed her feeling for the first time.
"Probably, Ryosuke resigned from the company, since the annual income of the baker was high".
Since the person whom she loved became a family, she has begun to suspect Ryosuke without reason. Saki got fed up with herself.

Although skipped by anime, Saki's feeling to Ryosuke was close to love.

As a story, I assume that Ryosuke is a supporter or Mr.OUTSIDE or Saki's sister is a supporter, and if opposed to Akira, I will regard it as interesting.
