Alright, I just finished reading chapter 11 of Prototype Spartan.
It does give a "disclaimer" about certain parts of it, but they weren't as bad as I thought they were going to be. And it seems that the main OC shares a much similar past to one of my characters...
But if I were to continue my fic, it would seem that I would be copying from Prototype Spartan. Despite that I practically had it set since this past January...
