This makes me so sad. As strange as it is to say this, and despite the inordinate # of times the show adamantly went back to Jar Jar Binks as a main character for an episode or two, in a lot of ways I actually found this animated series to be the best over-all Star Wars experience to date.
Did Disney not get the memo? TV these days is often superior to film, allowing you to paint stories unconstrained by a 90 minute block.
