itachi is no doubt a good ninja but you guys overrate him sooooo much, its like as soon as someone has a sharingan hes god i mean seriously, well i say that oro could beat itachi if he would get his head out of his, oro beleives that the more jutsus someone knows the stronger they are,which is why he beleives itachi is stronger than him because his sharingan can get him infinite jutsus. i dont understand what made jiraya all of a sudden the strongest of the sannin when did this happen, its my beleif that the sannin are equal and if one were to be stronger than the rest it would be oro, but that just my opinion.
