I'm curious if Ichigo is hinting at something other than Ulq being a Vasto, like maybe he isn't your generic menos? Possibly Ulquiorra himself is the result of one of Aizen's numerous experiments in the past.
Oh yeah, and Inoue's barrier was shattered immediately, so let's not get our hopes too high on her being useful
