Mikoto was using her railgun, so it's absolutely impossible to cover who she is (as THAT IS A LEVEL 5 ATTACK)

Also Misaki only needs to point her remote at a person to wipe memory, not touch them.
And she does not need to see a person to mindcontrol them (sensing them with her power is enough)

The name "MEMBER" is mentioned, but it is not yet certain if Kouzaku is really part of it or not (She might be just contact).
Plus Gensei is reffered to as "Gensei" not "profesor", so he is not a part of MEMBER.
