I wasn't actually speculating; rather I was just trying to point out what I felt wasn't actually Railgun S betraying what Railgun was but rather adhering to it. I just added that part at the end to illustrate a trend. I wasn't actually trying to speculate

But since it's Kamachi's series and because of what Chaos2frozen said, I feel the same way he does (well slightly). (I still like this arc though.)
