Nyan Nyan Final Attack contains multiple songs from the series and movie albums:
Northern Cross,
Niji-Iro Kuma Kuma,

Seikan Hikou,
Ai Oboete Imasu ka,
Universal Bunny, and
Obelisk.
The one you are likely referring to is
Universal Bunny.
The only other songs in the movie are
Kindan no Elixir,
Tori Aimo,

Koi no Dogfight,
Diamond Crevasse,
Seikan Hikou,
Get it on ~ Kousoku Climax, and
