Finally finished the series. If there was one thing right that this new animation team did all season, it was this. The last episode was absolutely amazing.

What an emotional high. A nice comedic start with a powerful ending. I initially picked up Minami for the comedy, but its grown into a slice-of-life anime in its own right. Its not a surprise that Haruka decided not to leave, but i never expected to see Kana so dedicated to something. She really set out to prove to her sister for what she thought was the last chance. And just pure ROFL at Hosaka getting on the plane to nowhere.

Well, the comedic element was definatly lacking in this season. Rarely did i find myself enjoying this show as much as i did last season. The most urking thing was the introduction of useless characters to a full cast. Fuyuki was completely useless and a waste of time. Not to mention he was just very annoying. I never did get use to the black face characters. I agree that if this is some stylistic thing, at least dont animate a pink mouth onto a black sillioute. Another annoying point is chiaki's hair. I found it very interesting when it onyl moved in rare occasion. By making its movement somewhat normal ruined it a little for me

Overall, not a bad watch. Its not a series i have to force myself to finish *cough* dragonaut *cough* but its not very recommend worthy. Also if this was played in reverse order, i would be reluctant to watch another series of it.
