well, since the first episode is out.
I can say that there were two crucial omissions.
The first was the explanation of what really happened during the MC's test against the Council President.
The second was the prophecy that was quickly skimmed over in the shadow about "Hero" and "Supreme King". Whenever a person is tested. A prophecy is written with three parts- the past, the present, and the future. The "Hero" part is referring to the MC's character's past in the other world at the beginning of the episode. The present and future wasn't really explained in the anime. The prophecy in the anime also left out the part that the MC can't use magic, which makes the MC the first person from an alternate world who is unable to use magic.
Those are probably two of the most important events thus far and it was glossed over.
