Yep, that's what I was thinking. As for the allegiances, some characters do have nobody on their like/dislike/hate list. But at least one of the like/dislike/hate have some people in them. That's normal.
but for the top-row characters, up till now they're
completely neutral to everyone. Nobody is on their like/dislike/hate list.
On a side note, the
next update is planned to be released on November.
