From what can be seen in the first new chapter it looks like a alternative universe or something.
Spoiler for start of the new rozen maiden tale:
In the new manga he doesn't.
So from the looks of it Jun and co. are gone.
At least there are in there old forms.
This must have happened because of some copyright / contract so that they cant continue with the old storyline.
