Yes, from what they showed in the anime, I take it they're saying that she was willing to give the guys a chance, but when she saw Shingo getting close to her Miu-senpai,
that was crossing the line and "men can't be trusted after all".

...this was a little more obvious in the game than it was in the anime, because in the game there were more signs of her annoyance even before the "switch". In the anime, they almost made her
too nice in the early episodes, but partly it's that she really hasn't had much time in the spotlight yet (and they needed to show another girl to contrast with Airi, and she's the only other named student in their class beside Ange). But from an anime perspective, it's almost a comedic betrayal -- here's the one girl (other than Ange) who seemed to be accepting of the boys, and she's the one who hates them most of all, while the one who seemed most against them isn't so bad.
