for me.. i think Sekai is to be blamed..
she encouraged Makoto to confess to Kotonoha knowing within herself that she loves him..
if she only encouraged herself to make Makoto notice her feelings without using lust..
after all Makoto became the way he was because of that "Practice" thing..
