For a good reason, I tend to nerf Madoka, probably since I play her as 'good' girl in all but one fanon. Then again, she still better than most by a degree, usually tied closely with Fanon!Ichika.
This kind of bled to the Ace Combat story even, though Agressors like Chifuyu, Natasha, Maya, and Yellows are clearly superior, the battle hierarchy in case of younger pilots are owned by Tate, followed closely by Ichika and Madoka (who grew tremendously over the course of the story, eventually surpassing Tate and Yellows, become the 'True Ace')
