Umm, hello guys, this is the first time I joined this subforum and thread, and the first time I write Naruto fanfic.

Nothing original or new, just a bit.... different.

The main point of difference is one question: "What if people trying to accept Naruto?"

Feel free to criticize anything (including grammar, because I'm not even speaking English), or if you have any suggestion for it.

“It was his last wish” Sarutobi, the honorable Sandaime mumbles, fingers intertwining on top of his desk “Whoever dare to speak and done ill to Naruto out of what he deserved, that also means that they done the same to his majesty”

“Why is that Yondaime-sama care so much about him?” one of the Civilian snorted, “Offspring of a demon”

It was a sudden silence, as every participant look at each other. The tension was running high and nobody dare to speak anything, only occasionally deliver uncomfortable expression, whether it’s sadness, anger, or plain confusion.

“He don’t ask you to treat Naruto like you treat children of prestigious family, all he wanted to ask is that Naruto is human and deserved to be treated as such” Hiruzen’s voice, though soft, has concern and threat mixed within “For that he will suffer the burden as the jailor of Kyuubi no Kitsune’s power, probably until the end of his life”

Majority was silent, with occasional nod of agreement and grunt of disagreement.
It erupted into a banter of argument, where most participant remains neutral, the one that arguing are increasingly heated up.

One of the kunoichi went so far as stepped on her desk and roared “You shitty civilians, don’t you realize how many member of my pack lose their life in the battlefield against that creature? Yet I still think it’s unreasonable to blame that pup, regardless. For Kami’s sake, his parents were killed in that damned battle!”

And then a shinobi with considerable build raised his arm and casually noted “It’s not like it was different with the past, what with Uzumaki Clan has saved us twice from the same threat. Why should it be different this time?”

The man with spiky ponytail aside him yawned in response “Yeah, it’ll be bothersome for us for having a grudge against perfectly innocent child”

“That would be unreasonably stupid, meh” finally, the blond shinobi who sit along with them also agreed, further reinforced the argument.

Sarutobi nodded in agreement and chuckled “Correct”

The opposing sides became quiet, and while the sympathizer soundly happy, the protester just grunted in response. They aren’t in the position of winning at any rate.

“And therefore, we came into conclusion… I, as Sandaime Hokage, the holder of final judgment in Konohagakure no Sato, from this second onward will establish a law…”

Here's two question whose answer I need before I can continue the next part

1. Who's gonna be his guardian? I figure Iruka or Kakashi is too young and Jiraiya is preoccupied.
2. I need a possible scenario where I can insert Karin being absorbed to his family, either from young age or during Chuunin exam.

Oh, and Naruto is red haired, and his demonic power/influence is nerfed somewhat.
