The lasts chapters were all very shounen. Don’t forget that there are plenty people who like shounen like dragon ball, naruto and bleach. I think that those mangas are even more popular since there is always anime version of them ( and video games). Claymore anime had only 26 episodes until now. So it is more easy to yagi to get more popularity by changing the rules from seinen to shounen
