I don't think the Chuuni level itself would be low, just not your simple ridiculous conflict of extreme level of god complex like previous works. Masada himself seems to be having fun working on this since he did stress about the evilness of the character and the level of disgust apparent on their abilities(and we know what he is capable of in this with his creation of Hajun and Snake...)
So can Senshinkan's antagonists overthrown Hajun's ridiculousness in term of this ? We'll see....
