Well just have to wait till the ep 20 translations to see whats said cause it seems Kasumi is troubled, also its her that (in timeline perspective) used Arclight and Blade as names for the first time.
And just before Eve is introduced to Blade is the last time Kasumi is seen. So its possible that its her. Some people do go far for science you know ....lol
Also those events from the accident have been removed from Blades memories so it seems they are programmable to some extend??
