Ive been thinking about this anime and the 24 episodes it got, dont you think its to short to change the end for a anime unique ending. Knowing how the story goes on...The blast at Simeon tower would make a good ending for a 1st season tho. So id say they just end it there and go on next year with Cruz+Mio perhaps give some spoilers already at the end of 24? :P
You might be right bout that guy, Saten did say he was 1 of the survivors along with them commitee people. And if Kasumi is Eve it would match up that Saten would help out Eve at the fights.Also it would add up that he knew who Gidon was...
Would add another layer to the characters...
