You might like Hanbun no tsuki ga noboru sora. It's one of my favourites ever. More heart felt than anything I've seen.
Canvas 2: You might hate or love the ending (you'll see what I mean).
Crescent love: Not realistic at all, especially the ending. But the protagonist and the heroin do end up together.
Love hina (manga): Don't put this off because of the anime! In the manga keitaro and naru clearly ends up together.
Speed Grapher: It's a really great series, the series is full of twists and cliffhangers that make it seem impossible for the protagonist and the heroin to end up together.
Suzuka: Not too much to say about the series, but it does fit what you're looking for. Overall it's a pretty good series.
