Well every level 5 has pretty much fire power with them. That's why they usually have special treatment and also special class for them.

Mikoto said that they could ask her help to restore his memory (touma). And I think if she could do that maybe she could also use mind control. the 6th is still a mystery the 7th is sugita gunha = his like your super hero stuff if you ask me. His ability is kinda wierd. He himself can't understand it right but he has amazing speed and an amazing punch Well every level 5 has pretty much fire power with them.
