Lol I don't think Rosa is bipolar, I mean she never happens to be "over the top". But yes often becomes a crazy bitch only to feel extremely guilty afterward.
As fot the "uu-uu". Now maybe someone would disagree with it, but imho it is simply said how and why she started it.
It is more of an ossessive-compulsive ritualistic behavior imho. It isn't very rare expecially on very young children. But Rosa is kinda right. It might normal for a 4 year old kid but not for a 9 year old.
