Oooh! I remember this! It aired here during the waning days of a nice channel for watching anime. I didn't find it particularly special, but it was a surprising blast from the past too see
this picture. I don't recall ever finishing the four episodes, but I'm sure I watched at least two.
If I find the time, I'll probably download the OVAs to feel a bit nostalgic (about what, 5-6 years ago >_>).
