So the only
solid info we have is that he was created to revive AlHazardi technology. Which means
speculations can range from:
1. He is a clone of an Alhazardi, and they want to use to info of the tech in his head
2. He is a clone of an Old Belkan from earlier ages when Alhazard still exist (if we follow
that translation) and so is the best bet on copying them
3. He is either a clone of a famous polymath or a designer baby, and they want to use his genius to figure out Alhazardi tech based on ancient records and other older-than-Belka archeological discoveries.
4. Many, many more...
