He seemed more scared of her rather than going back to being "just friends". Also, the only reason Tsuchimikado managed to trick her are because of her feelings for Touma, She's friends with Stiyl and Tatemiya but you could bet Tsuchimikado couldn't have tricked her to wearing that costume for either of them.
Back to my previous claim: Tsuchimikado never said he's going to marry a girl, he just said that he's going to get married. Knowing Touma's luck I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up having to marry Accelerator.
