A whole load of characters, but one I want to be of mention is Anya. I dunno what it is, but I really like her. Whether it's her airheaded cluelessness, her awesome KMF Mordred, or the fact that she has a connection to Lelouch, C.C. and Marianne, she's just such an interesting character. I'm hoping she gets a LOT of screentime in the future.
