^Cropped 100x100 closer to her face would be better than as it is with it's odd shape. Needs a border, too. But 8/10 .. BRS is always win and I used to have actually avatar of 100x100 from that picture.
.. Also .. why say sorry if you rate something '' low '' .. If you don't like it, then you don't like it.
