Dunno about the original image being fake, but the cleaned up lineart is most definitely not official. Just examining it brings the mistakes brought about by the clean to light--the front left binder is shown as transparent to view the arm, which is only done if its in front of the arm, yet they treat it as if it was on the back of the arm. Furthermore, the perspective between that, the front right wing binder, and the AGE-1ish spoiler on the back is all incredibly awkward--but if you edit it so that the front wings are on the front like they're supposed to be, it'd look fine.
